What kinds of jobs can I get through MEMCO?

We specialize in all construction trades, hospitality, light industrial, logistics, manufacturing, and clerical roles. Whether you’re looking for hands-on work or office support, we’ve got the options you want. 

Do I need experience to apply?

Not always. Some jobs require experience, others offer training. We’ll match you with a job that fits your background and helps you grow. 

How soon can I start working?

Sometimes within 24–48 hours. Once your application is complete and you’re cleared, we’ll get you working fast. 

How do I get paid?

You’ll receive weekly pay, on time, every time. Direct deposit and other payroll options are available. 

Can I move from job to job and still stay on with MEMCO?

Yes. You’re part of the MEMCO team. If one assignment ends, we’ll work to place you on another, so you remain in the workforce and the paychecks keep coming.

Will I need my own tools or gear?

It depends on the job. We’ll let you know exactly what’s required before you start.

What if I have questions about my pay or hours?

You’ll have full access to our support team through our Mobile App, WebCenter portal, by phone, email, or in-person. We’re here to help you, not leave you hanging. 

Can I get hired permanently?

Absolutely. Many of our job placements lead to full-time, long-term roles. If that’s your goal, we’ll help you get there. 

What do I need to get hired? 

You need to present original, physical documents used to establish work authorization (for example, passport, resident card, or ID and Social Security card). A full list of acceptable documents is here.

You will need to be able to physically complete the tasks listed within the jobs you are considering.

You will need to pass a drug test and possibly a background check (dependent on job requirements).

Your direct deposit information — if you want your weekly check sent to your bank account.

Not necessarily. Background requirements depend on the specific position, and our recruiters will let you know if any special on-site requirements apply.

You’ll find us all over the country. We have Texas offices in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, College Station, Harlingen, Pasadena, and Spring. You can also find our offices in Atlanta, Denver and locations across the country where our expertise is needed. We can also hire workers in many cities where we don’t have offices yet. Before anyone reaches your jobsite:

We verify worker eligibility, perform background checks (when requested by customer), we conduct pre-employment drug screening, confirm work experience, and ensure safety certifications (when required).

What if someone doesn’t work out?
